Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. All other orders ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. SEIMEIKEN does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 5 calendar days. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier. SEIMEIKEN is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered that the carrier cannot verify as lost.

Incorrect Address:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

    Perform blade stamping, laser cutting, rough disc treatment, core extraction and blade cutting to finish the basic shaping and machining of scissors blades.

  • Surface Finishing

    Carry out professional polishing and whitening processes to smooth the surface and enhance the texture of blades.

  • Welding & Assembly

    Weld the handles firmly and assemble all components into a complete pair of scissors.

  • Inspection & Storage

    Conduct comprehensive quality inspection. Qualified products will be properly stored afterwards.
