Every SEIMEIKEN shear is backed by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. This is our promise to every stylist, barber, and groomer who trusts our tools.

Manufacturing Defects:

If your shear has a material or workmanship defect, we will repair or replace it — free of charge, for the lifetime of the tool. This covers:

• Blade misalignment caused by manufacturing error

• Unexpected rust or corrosion under normal use

• Handle or screw defects that affect functionality

Free First Sharpening:

After your first year of use, send your shears back to us and we will sharpen them for free. You cover shipping both ways. After the first free sharpening, we offer discounted sharpening service at $15 per shear (plus shipping).

Accidental Damage:

Dropped your shears? Chipped a blade? We offer discounted repair pricing:

• Blade repair: $25–45 (depending on severity)

• Handle replacement: $20

• Screw/tension system replacement: $10

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear from daily professional use

• Damage caused by cutting materials other than hair (wire, plastic, fabric, etc.)

• Shears that have been sharpened or modified by a third party

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, finish wear) that does not affect function

How to Claim:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• Photos clearly showing the issue

• A brief description of what happened
