We want you to love your SEIMEIKEN shears. If you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason, here’s how it works: 

Returns Are Simple:

• You have 30 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories included.

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 2 business days.

• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We Cover Return Shipping If:

• You received the wrong item.

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

• The item does not match the product description.

You Cover Return Shipping If:

• It’s a change-of-mind return (the product works fine, you just changed your mind).

How to Start a Return:

Email support@seimeikenshears.com with your order number. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Exceptions:

• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

• Returns beyond 30 days are not accepted unless there’s a verified manufacturing defect.
